Julia "Juge" (Gudinas) Williams

Julia "Juge" (Gudinas) Williams, 60, of Pottsville died Thursday evening as a result of an automobile accident, which also took the life of beloved granddaughter, Haley Nicole Williams Wetzel.

Born July 10, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Helen (Martin) Gudinas.

She was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church, Pottsville and the American Hose Co. of Pottsville.

She attended Pottsville schools. She worked for Fanelli, Evans & Patel, P.C. Law Firm.

Julia loved and enjoyed Dirt Track Racing with her family. She enjoyed watching her grandson Colton race team 911c. She faithfully accompanied her granddaughter, Haley to her treatments and appointments at Hershey. She was a rock and ever left her side. She loved all of her grandchildren, they were the light of her life.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Irvin and Walter Gudinas.

She is survived by the love of her life for 39 years, husband, Evan C. Williams; daughter, Renée Wetzel wife of Brian Wetzel; son Eric Williams husband of Christina; grandchildren Grace Stegemerten, Colton and Karli Williams. She is also survived by sisters, Gloria Peyus, HI, Margret Mack wife of Tom, Pottsville, June Satterwhite wife of Ed, Pottsville; brothers, Joe Gudinas, Ronald Gudinas husband of Cherly, Pottsville, Andy Gudinas husband of Mary, Pottsville, Charles Gudinas, Pottsville; serveral nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews who loved her very much.

Funeral Services will be held 12PM Thursday at First United Methodist Church, 330 W Market St, Pottsville, with the Rev. John Wallace officiating. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Thursday morning from 9AM until the time of service at the Church.  Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home 515 W. Market St. Pottsville has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
