Nancy J. (Dukmen) Brennan

Nancy J. Brennan, 66, of Pottsville entered into eternal rest Thursday morning at her home.

Born June 3, 1950, she was the daughter of the late John and Laverne (Koloymic) Dukmen.

She was a member of the former Mary Queen of Peace RC Church, Pottsville.  Upon graduation from Minersville High School, she attended and graduated from Empire Beauty School.  She was retired from the PA Wine & Spirits Store where she had worked as a clerk.

Nancy took found joy in spending time with her grandchildren, whether it was attending their sporting activities or just relaxing at home. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Albert Brennan and a brother William Dukmen.

She is survived by a daughter Denise Hughes, wife of Justin, Auburn; sons Mark Brennan and Sandra Liddick, Minersville; and Albert Brennan husband of Gina, Schuylkill Haven; brothers Robert J. Dukmen, Seltzer; and Francis Dukmen, Hillside; and a sister Ruth Nase wife of Jeff, Springfield VA.  She is also survived by grandchildren Sam, JT, Joe, Rachel, Jeremy, and Aydan; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:30 PM Monday at the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home Pastor Mat Saxinger, Off.  Family and friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11:30 until time of service.  Interment will be held at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville.
