Nicholas Sisko, 92, Pottsville, passed away Saturday at Rest Haven, Schuylkill Haven.
Born October 30, 1922, in Coxton, PA he was the son of the late John and Anna (Steransky) Sisko.
Nicholas proudly served his country in World War II in the United States Army, receiving 5 Bronze Stars, Victory Medal, and a Purple Heart.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Peter, Jack, and Michael Sisko; sisters Millie Mildred Shanoskie, Mary Bush, Elizabeth Satkofsky.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
