Carla M. Kayal, 57, found peace Wednesday evening at Schuylkill Medical Center - East, Pottsville after her courageous battle with cancer.

Born April 26, 1962, in Dayton OH, she was the daughter of the late Leonard E. and Wanda Haley.

She worked in the healthcare industry. She found great joy spending time with her sons Justin and Asa and her granddaughter Mikaela.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband the late Michael Konidas.

She was loved and will be missed by her sons, granddaughter, brother Larry and sister Kathy.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
