Anthony J. Bubser, 79, Pottsville entered into eternal rest Wednesday at Schuylkill Medical Center-East.

Born February 24, 1936 in Pottsville, he was the son of the late William A. and AnnaMarie (Schmitt) Bubser.

He retired in 2010 from Oppenheimer, Pottsville where he was the Vice President of Investments.

He was served in the US Army during the Korean War and was a member of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers William, Francis, and Joseph Bubser.

He is survived by a brother Robert Bubser, Metuchin, NJ.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick's RC Church November 7 at 10:30 AM.  Interment will be in St. John the Baptist RC Cemetery.
