Beverly Jane Wentzel, 68, Pottsville, died Tuesday at her home.

Born June 25, 1946 in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Albert Wentzel and Emma (Yurich) Snopek.

She worked as a cashier at Rite Aide in downtown Pottsville.

She is survived by a son, Dirk Wentzel and a grandson Dalton, both of Texas; and a brother Joseph Snopek, Pottsville.
