Haley Nicole Williams Wetzel, 19, of Pottsville died Thursday evening as a result of an automobile accident, which also took the life of beloved grandmother, Julia "Juge" (Gudinas) Williams.

Born February 6, 1998, she was the daughter Brian and Renée (Williams) Wetzel.

She graduated a year early in 2015 from PA Cyber School and graduated in 2016 from McCann School of Business as a licensed Phlebotomist.  She was an avid Dirt Track Racing fan and thrived for her cousin Colton's racing team, 911c. She was also a Craig Von Dohren Racing Team Follower.

In 2005 Haley and her family started the Team Haley against Lupus and she was active with the American Red Cross and was a DAT Responder. She enjoyed listening to Country music.

In addition to her parents, Haley is survived by boyfriend, Matt Hoffman; maternal grandparents, Evan Williams; paternal grandparents, James and Sadie Wetzel; uncles, Eric Williams, her godfather, husband of Christina and their children, Grace Stegemerten, Colton and Karli Williams (goddaughter), and James Wetzel; aunts Michelle Maldonado husband of Carlos; cousins, Brent, Caleb Williams, and Averie Maldonado; and godmother, Stacy Boardman. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and best friends, Jeff Burkey, Kelcie, and Kyler.

Funeral Services will be held 12PM Thursday at First United Methodist Church, 330 W Market St, Pottsville, with the Rev. John Wallace officiating. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Thursday morning from 9AM until the time of service at the Church.  Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home 515 W. Market St. Pottsville has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
