Obituary
Harold P. Knoll, 86, of Pottsville, passed away Thursday evening at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street.
Born in Pottsville, April 30, 1931, he was a son of the late Claude and Helen A. Schneider Knoll.
After graduating from Pottsville High School, he proudly served his country in the Marine Corps.
Harold retired from United Metal Receptacle Corp. He enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles and enjoyed smoking a cigar out on his patio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Georgine Snyder and Helen Miller; brothers, Claude and Edward Knoll Sr.
He is survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, 515 W. Market St., Pottsville. Please visit SchlitzerAllenPugh.com to leave a condolence for the family.
