Lucius D. Haag, 50, of Pottsville passed away Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Cedar Crest, Allentown.

Born May 3, 1966, in Reading he was the son of Phyllis (Haag) Alvarez, Pine Grove.

Lucius was the head of maintenance for HD Motors, a division of Ed's USA Auto, Pottsville.  He was also a drummer for many local bands including; East Mines Drive, Fair Game, Fog and most recently Route 61.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 28 years, Deniaele  L. (Huyett) Haag, Pottsville.  He is also surived by sons Michael Nauman and Coury Haag; daughters Alyssa Haag and Christine Huntzinger; brothers Gary Haag and Steven Haag; sisters Lucinda Haag and Tonya Haag.  He is also survived by three grandsons, Logan and Cash Huntzinger, and Brody Schartel; and several nieces and nephews.

He was anxiously awaiting the birth of his fourth grandson, Caius Schartel, who is due in July.

A Celebration of Lucius' Life will be held from 3 to 5 PM Saturday May 6 at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral 515 West Market St. Pottsville PA 17901.  Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.  Please visit www.schlitzerallenpugh.com to leave a condolence for the Haag famiy.
