Robert B.  McCall, Jr, 60, of Pottsville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 23, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – East.

Born on Pottsville on September 6, 1964.  He was a son of the late Robert Sr.and Kay (Spotts) McCall.

He was a graduate from Pottsville Area High School in 1982.   He was a member Local 158, Heavy & Highway Laborers Union for over 39 years and worked for James D. Morrissey, Inc. Philadelphia.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.  He was a member the Pottsville Football Club, loved to go fishing, listen to Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd and enjoy a few Yuengling's with his friends. He loved to cook out and hang out with his kids.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gary McCall.

Surviving is his loving wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" (Lipsett) McCall of 30 years, a loving daughter, Abbie McCall (significant other Devin Woodford), two loving sons, Matthew McCall (fiancé, Katrina Whalen), and Mark McCall, two sister in law's, Barbara McCall and Kelly Lipsett, several nieces and nephews

A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home.
