Timothy Jordan Strausser, 26, of Pottsville, passed away Tuesday at his residence.

Born in Pottsville, April 25, 1990, he was a son of David W. Strausser Sr., Pottsville, and Katherine D. Schuck, wife of the late James C. Schuck, Pottsville.

Timothy was a 2009 graduate of Pottsville High School and received his Associates Degree from McCann School of Business & Technology. He was a Phlebotomist. He enjoyed life, fishing and loved to dance. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, and uncle.

Timothy was preceded in death by his brother, Michael K. Strausser; maternal grandfather, Howard I. Long; his stepfather, James C. Schuck; his paternal grandparents, Bertram and Betty Strausser; his two aunts, Betty Ann Fisher and Sandra L. Pucci.

In addition to his parents, Timothy is survived by his brother, David W. Strausser, Jr, husband of Raquel, and their children, Francisco and Liv; a sister, Kristen D., wife of Harry Thomas, and their children, Layla and Benjamin;  niece, McKenna Wychunas; nephew, Brady Strausser; maternal grandmother, Sandy K. Long;  Aunt Debra Terraciano, and Uncle Daniel Strausser.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, 515 W. Market Street, Pottsville. Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of services Monday at the funeral home, Rev. Nelson Reppert, off. Interment will be held in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
