Vincent J. Keip, 77, of Brockton, entered into eternal rest Monday August 11th at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Cedar Crest with his loving family by his side.

Born in Brockton, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Sockel) Keip.

He was a member of the former St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, Brockton.  He reired as a presser after 43 years of employment from the former State Manufacturing, New Philadelphia PA.

He was preceded in death by brothers, John, Joseph, Jerome, and Paul; sisters, Veronica Bell, Victoria Bell, Bertha Suder, Dorothy Deitrick, Isabelle Zelnick, and Marie Benyacker.

Vincent is survived by his wife of 58 years, Florence (Oler), Brockton; sons, Vince Keip and his wife Anna, Fredericksburg VA; James Keip and his wife Mary Jane, Mahanoy City; daughters, Beverly Curvey and her husband Jim, Brockton; Brenda Hoffman and her husband James, Saluda VA; 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

He is also survived by brothers, David and Michael, both of Tamaqua; Frank, Minersville; and Bartholomew, Lancaster; and sisters, Theresa Geison, NJ;  Martha Kutula, Pottsville; Anna Wenzel, Pottsville; Margaret Christ, New Philadelphia; Cecelia Rusnak, Summit Hill; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Friday August 15 at 11 o'clock at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home 515 West Market Street Pottsville.  Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Friday morning from 9:30 until time of service.  Interment will be held at Schuylkill MemorialPark Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.
