She was a great neighbor. Mostly kept to herself but when I would see her she was so friendly. She was so talented with her crafts. I loved walking past her house to see what she has displayed in her window every season. I send my condolences to her family. Rest in peace Joanne you will be greatly missed. I will miss you and your beautiful window displays.
